The Operations Intern will support the end-to-end candidate journey, from initial outreach and onboarding to managing their progression through placement opportunities.The role involves engaging with prospective candidates, understanding their interest in job opportunities, communicating relevant program offerings, and supporting them through the onboarding process. Post onboarding, the intern will work closely with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth and structured placement journey.This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, comfortable communicating with people, and enjoys solving operational problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:Connect with prospective candidates interested in job opportunities, understand their requirements, and communicate relevant program offerings.Follow up with interested candidates and support them through the onboarding process.Manage the candidate journey post onboarding and ensure consistent engagement throughout the placement process.Track candidate movement across different stages of the placement funnel and ensure timely progress.Identify reasons for candidate drop-offs, delays, or low participation and take appropriate follow-up actions.Maintain accurate candidate data, trackers, and operational reports using Excel/Google Sheets.Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve candidate issues and ensure smooth execution of placement processes.Use candidate feedback and operational data to identify gaps and improve the overall candidate experience.

Key Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi.Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and conducting regular follow-ups.Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple candidates and processes simultaneously.Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.Proactive approach with the ability to identify issues and drive them towards resolution.
