Pocket FM is looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out someone who can look at a messy process, understand what’s not working, and bring structure to it.This isn’t a role where everything comes with a ready-made playbook. A lot is still evolving, which means there’s plenty of room to build processes, improve them, and see them scale.

What the role involves:Managing day-to-day operations across content, creators, and platform workflowsUsing Google Sheets and dashboards to track performance and make decisionsIdentifying gaps and bottlenecks and finding practical ways to solve themUsing AI tools like GPT and Claude to make workflows faster and more efficientWorking closely with Content, Product, Growth, and SupportBuilding and improving workflows and SOPsTaking ownership of problems and driving them through execution

Who would be a good fit:2+ years of experience in operations, business, consulting, or similar roles — internships and relevant projects countStrong hands-on knowledge of Google Sheets, including formulas, pivots, and data trackingSomeone who already uses or experiments with AI toolsComfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out along the wayCurious, detail-oriented, and a clear communicatorMost importantly, someone with a high ownership mindsetThe team isn’t looking for someone who knows everything on day one.
