Job Summary

The Data Analyst supports Manufacturing and Operational Excellence by delivering data-driven insights that improve efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost. This role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and IT to strengthen reporting, data quality, automation, and decision-making.

The position also supports OEE monitoring, predictive analytics, IoT-enabled data integration, digital twin initiatives, and data readiness for advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

Job Mode: 2 days WFH, 3 WFO.

Location: Bangalore

How You'll Create Impact

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using tools such as Power BISupport OEE reporting and KPI tracking across manufacturing operationsSupport predictive analytics, IoT data integration, and digital twin initiativesUse SQL, Python, and ETL processes to support reporting, automation, and analyticsMonitor data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and help resolve issues as neededPartner with business and IT teams to improve data standards, reporting processes, and governanceAnalyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the management

What Makes You Stand Out

Expected Areas Of Competence (i.e., Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, ETL, and reporting automation Understanding of OEE, manufacturing KPIs, predictive analytics, IoT, and digital manufacturing concepts is a plus Knowledge of data governance, master data, data cleansing, and reporting best practices Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and IT teams Attention to detail and passion for data accuracy and continuous improvement

Your Background

Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a data management or analytics environment Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or operational excellence functions Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and working knowledge of SQL and Python Exposure to OEE reporting, predictive analytics, IoT data, or digital manufacturing initiatives preferred
