We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operational Analyst

Purpose of the role

In this role, you’ll support Digital Platforms Operations through vendor management, governance and control activities, and data-led operational intelligence. You’ll help improve visibility of outsourced capabilities, customer journeys and friction points, while supporting risk oversight, monitoring MSIIs and producing high-quality governance reporting and ad-hoc analysis.

Supporting 35 markets and up to 20 million customers daily across Mobile Platform, Dynamic Experience Platform and Security Platform, you’ll run key operational activities end to end, provide executive-ready insights and drive actions through to closure across multiple stakeholders. You may also provide occasional administrative support to maintain leadership office continuity.

In This Role, You Will Be

Help run vendor governance activities (planning, performance updates, risks/controls) and support regular service reviews. Keep contract administration on track (OneTPM updates, renewals/funding, POs raised on time) and follow up actions to closure. Support dashboards that show customer journey performance and key issues (e.g., drop-offs, errors, service performance) for leadership reporting. Work with product/technology teams to pull data, spot trends, and summarise insights that help prioritise investment. Track MSIIs (status, evidence, risks/issues) and escalate blockers where needed. Help prepare simple, executive-ready updates for governance forums and maintain clear audit/control evidence. Vendor packs and trackers (service review notes, actions, performance summaries, renewals and risk/control evidence). Reporting and governance outputs (journey/friction dashboards, Platform Vitals updates, MSII status reporting, and forum material

To Be Successful You Will Be

Graduate degree is required, along with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience. Comfortable supporting operations/governance work: maintaining trackers, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping actions moving. Able to create clear reports/slides and turn data into straightforward insights Familiarity with contract/workflow tools and basic platform operations concepts (performance, resilience, capacity). Interest in access/control topics (e.g., RBAC) and working with global teams. Digital Platforms Strategy & Ops, platform owners, engineering/production support, and journey/product teams. Procurement/finance, risk/controls/audit, and external vendors/service partners.
