Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver: Administer enterprise firewalls such as Cisco Systems, Fortinet, SRX and good command on Juniper Networks.Manage, Configure, implement core networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers.Oversee VPN, leased lines, broadband, and ISP connectivity.Manage new solutions and improve Network Environment at Darkstores, MotherhubsMaximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, Develop DR (Disaster Recovery) and BCP (Business Continuity) network plansIntegrate WLAN with LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, and HA setupsAct as escalation point for major incidents and chronic wireless issuesDefine SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and proactive alerting for wireless healthLead vendor engagement, hardware selection, and PoCsMentor junior engineers and review designs and configurationsDrive standardization and scalability across hundreds of retail/warehouse sites
Are you who we're searching for5-6 + years of experience in Networking, with significant exposure to Ecomm/Retail or warehouse environmentsIndustry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network AdministratorStrong ownership mindset and decision-making abilityExcellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsAbility to communicate clearly with operations, vendors, and leadership, Excellent verbal, written, and communicationExperience leading designs, reviews, and technical discussionsAbility to mentor and upskill team members
Preferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of wireless security, segmentation, and access control models Solid networking fundamentals: VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, QoSExperience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Ekahau, Zabbix, Wireshark, vendor tools)CCNA / CCNP or equivalentExperience managing multi-vendor or hybrid WLAN environments
