Job Description

Nokia Global Delivery operations comprise the NOC Operations (FCAPS) for the global telecom companies from all market segments. CSPs and Enterprise customers are served from the Nokia GDC. This Role will be responsible for end-to-end handling of network operations. Providing technical consultation and resolving queries/service tickets/incidents.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Providing technical support for complex Core nodes (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to end customer/user.Technical Operations support for Customer Team.Manages technical escalations for technical requests, emergency cases and outages internally and towards customer.Support customer’s network performance and evolution.Manages network SW and HW configuration information.Acts as the prime technical interface towards customer, subcontractors and 3rd party suppliers as well as internally towards several organizations. Liaise closely with Multiple teams to work on the operation faults and technical management to ensure the Network stability.Monitors and reports customer’s life network performance and acts to ensure network’s availability including e.g. customer SLA fulfilmentSupport and perform competence development of local technical teams. Ensure multiple network Element are connected and all functions are working well.Handling Critical and Emergency network incidents with stakeholders/Care.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

Typically, a minimum experience on Platforms between 7-10 yrs requireRequire Educational Qualification B.E/B.Tech.In-depth understanding of OpenStack Architecture NFV, Mano & its components like (component like Nova, Cinder, Neutron, Horizon, Glance, Keystone)Live experience in deploying / managing the Cloud Infra using OpenStack.System Administration of Linux ubuntu/OpenStack environmentStorage knowledge like HP, EMC and IBM LUN creation and allocationService deployment using the Virtualization, Orchestration, Image

Nice-To-Have:

Linux distributions: Ubuntu, Centos, Red hat New installation and trouble shoot.Storage knowledge like HP, EMC and IBM LUN creation and allocationUnderstanding of SDN and VLAN and overlay (VXLAN, MPLSGRE etc.)
