Skills Required
EDUCATION Minimum 12th Pass, Graduate preferred
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills, ability to operate
scanners and handle digital documents, good attention to detail,
ability to organize documents systematically, good coordination
and communication skills, ability to work with accuracy and
meet daily targets, responsible and disciplined approach to
handling confidential information

Job Description (main Job Tasks)
Scan patient medical records and documents as per the defined process.Ensure all documents are scanned clearly and completely.Arrange and organize medical records in the correct sequence before scanning.Upload scanned documents into the appropriate patient file/system.Verify that the scanned documents are attached to the correct patient record.Check scanned files for clarity, completeness, and readability.Rescan documents wherever the quality is poor, unclear, or incomplete.Ensure that no patient documents are missed during the scanning process.Maintain proper handling and safe custody of physical medical records.Coordinate with MRD and other departments for any missing or incomplete documents.Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records at all times.

Job Description

Follow hospital policies, MRD procedures, data privacy, and document-handling
guidelines.
Maintain daily scanning records and productivity as required.Report any technical issues related to scanners or the medical records system to the
concerned team.
Perform other MRD-related activities as assigned by the MRD In-Charge.

Accurate and timely scanning of medical records.Proper sequencing and uploading of documents.Minimum errors in patient file/document mapping.Good scanning quality and completeness.Maintaining confidentiality of patient information.Meeting daily scanning and documentation targets.
