Full job description

Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain the Morpheus platform to ensure compatibility with existing systems and infrastructure.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Morpheus platform issues with timely and effective solutions.

Maintain the Morpheus platform with regular updates and patches to ensure security, performance, and reliability.

Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions on the Morpheus platform.

Monitor Morpheus platform performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.

Stay current on Morpheus and ecosystem technologies while following company policies and procedures.

Optimise Morpheus performance through cost-effective and efficient resource utilisation strategies.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Morpheus with existing systems, applications, and services.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to cases quickly and effectively.

Provide technical instructions to customers, including those without direct access to their systems or networks.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Morpheus, AWS, or Azure.

A thorough understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.

Basic programming knowledge and experience with scripting languages such as Python, Git, Bash, Ansible, and PowerShell are advantageous.

Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools, core compute, storage, virtualisation, and networking concepts and devices.

Understanding of cloud-based security protocols and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and logical troubleshooting skills.

Effective verbal communication and collaboration skills

Demonstrates excellent listening and information gathering skills, as well as the ability to accurately document customer requirements.

Knowledge of the ITIL Framework, including incident, service request, change, and problem management.

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Able to work in a 24x7x365 environment with a rotating shift.

Certifications: ITIL, VCP, Any Cloud certification.
