Who We Are Looking For

In this role, you will work with State Street Middle Office team from around the globe to support premier investment management clients. You will have immediate responsibility to oversee all day-to-day transactional responsibilities in a fast-paced, flexible and exciting environment.

Why this role is important to us

This position is for Junior level responsibility within the Middle Office Services operations. The team is responsible for end-to-end service delivery for majority of the Middle office Trade Management functions. The candidate is required to ensure service delivery to both internal and external clients, ensure timely response to client initiated queries, and escalation of any unresolved matters to manager for best resolution solution.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As Senior Associate, you will

Support a large international Investment Management ClientProvide a high standard of support to both internal or external clientsEmbrace State Street’s “corporate values” and support a work environment reflective of those valuesEffectively communicate with clients, custodians, brokers, managers, and peers within State StreetBe a strong team player and demonstrate dedication to group and company goalsDemonstrate professional maturity and effective time managementDemonstrate the ability to analyze a problem, obtain and evaluate information, and reach sound conclusionsEnsure all internal/external clients’ inquiries are logged and resolved in a timely and satisfactory mannerEnsure all daily and monthly services are delivered in accordance with relevant client SLA’sEnsure all trades transactions processed and settlements managed on a daily basisParticipate in review meetings [ Internal, Client ]Facilitate new market initiatives setupContribute to team initiatives around audit, risk managementComplete special tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, business management preferred.Understanding of the Investment Management industry, with a minimum 2 years prior business experience.Understanding of Investment Manager Operations, particularly around processes and key deliverablesProven ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional mannerStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressureGood understanding of F2B trade lifecycle.PC skills with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
