Requirements:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application Service module.

Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM: client-side customization using business rules, JavaScript, HTML, etc., and server-side customizations, plugins, workflows, custom APIs, etc.

Integration experience with external systems through REST APIs, Microsoft Dynamics Web APIs, custom APIs, etc. Both with and without middleware.

Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (Application Servers, Database Services, Service Bus).

Good knowledge of ALM and deployment for the MSCRM application.

Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS, etc.

Has good hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Data migration experience either through a tool or through the MS Dynamics feature.

Experience with integration using Webhooks (API), Kafka, topics/queues, etc.

Well-versed in different versions of. NET Framework, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, and SQL Server.

Experience in building complex database queries and utility jobs for Dynamics CRM 365 bulk operations.

Well-versed in the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills. Ability to design and build complex algorithms.

Thorough understanding of agile methodology.

Good To Have: React.js, jQuery, CSS, HTML 5 AJAX.

Ability to adopt AI in day-to-day project tasks using any tools like Copilot, Cursor, etc.
