About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and driven MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing MES solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives across our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support MES implementation projects across the full lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support)Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, IT, and engineering stakeholdersAnalyse business processes and translate them into MES functional and technical requirementsConfigure and customize MES solutions based on client needsEnsure compliance with industry standards (GxP, FDA, etc.) where applicablePerform system integration with ERP, LIMS, and other enterprise systemsConduct user training, documentation, and provide post-implementation supportTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtimeDrive continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization
Requirements
3-10 years of experience in MES implementation/consultingStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in pharma, biotech, or life sciencesExperience with MES platformsKnowledge of system integration (ERP/MES interfaces, APIs, etc.)Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiativesExposure to cloud-based MES solutionsCertification in MES platforms or related technologies
