This is the JD for Developer Marketing - About the opportunity
Help developers discover our AI models, build with our APIs and become active, paying users. You will join the marketing team at a frontier AI company and work closely with product and engineering on developer growth across speech-to-text, text-to-speech, large language models and platform APIs.
You will help attract developers to our platform, encourage them to try our products and keep them engaged as they build. Your work will combine social media, content creation, community outreach, campaigns and reporting to increase product usage and paid adoption.
What you will work on
Developer sign-ups and product usage. Support campaigns that introduce developers to our speech and language AI products. Help promote API credit programs, encourage new users to try the platform and follow up with useful content that brings them back.
Content creation and search visibility. Create blogs, use-case stories, simple how-to guides, demo videos and launch content with product and engineering. Help more people discover our products through search engines and AI search, using relevant topics, reusable page formats and clear, useful content.
User engagement and paid adoption. Review the new-user journey and flag confusing steps or missing information. Help create welcome emails, product tips and follow-up campaigns that encourage continued usage and a move from trial credits to paid use.
Meetups and developer challenges. Help run meetups, hackathons, campus activities and internship challenges. Coordinate outreach, event assets and participant follow-ups to turn registrations into working applications and ongoing API usage.
Partnerships and marketplace promotion. Research relevant partners and marketplaces, help prepare product listings and campaign content, and coordinate promotional activities. Track the users and product usage these initiatives bring.
AI model awareness and downloads. Work with the team and agencies to promote our language models through content, demos and developer communities. Help improve model listing pages and track downloads, interest and visits to the platform.
Social media and influencer marketing. Help plan and manage the social content calendar. Write posts, turn launches and developer stories into engaging content, and coordinate short videos and visuals. Engage with relevant comments and conversations, support creator outreach and agency briefs, and track mentions, reach, engagement and platform visits.
External recognition and research. Help identify credible independent evaluations, rankings and academic collaborators for our AI products. Support outreach, gather submission information and coordinate follow-ups with product and research teams. Turn approved results into clear social posts and marketing content.
Campaign reporting and feedback. Try new content and outreach ideas, maintain a simple performance dashboard and share what is working. Capture user questions and feedback to help marketing, product and engineering improve the experience.
