About the job: We are seeking a motivated QA Engineer to join the Delivery QA team in our Bengaluru GDC.This is a hands-on QA role focused on validating client implementations built on the Radancy platform throughout the delivery lifecycle. Each implementation may have different client requirements, configurations, content, functionality and design specifications requiring strong attention to detail, sound testing judgement and proactive communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Implementation TestingPerform QA validation throughout the delivery lifecycle including Preview, Soft Launch, Production Launch, defect retesting, maintenance and regression testing.Validate functionality against requirements, scope and approved specifications.Perform visual and design validation against approved designs.Perform responsive/mobile and cross-browser testing.Perform accessibility testing using appropriate automated and manual techniques including tools such as Axe DevTools, WAVE and Lighthouse, as well as keyboard and screen-reader testing where required.Perform CMS and content-management validation, including configuration, content behaviour and editor functionality.Verify copy and content against approved source material.Perform multilingual verification where applicable.Identify, document and communicate defects, risks and testing concerns clearly.Defect Management & CollaborationDocument defects clearly in BugHerd including reproduction steps, evidence, severity and relevant context.Work closely with DPM, Development and Implementation/Configuration teams to clarify issues and support resolution.Communicate testing progress, blockers, risks and dependencies proactively.Raise missing requirements, access issues or scope concerns that may prevent effective testing.Manage assigned QA activities and priorities across multiple concurrent implementations.Take ownership of assigned work, plan testing activities proactively and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.QA Improvement & AutomationFollow established Delivery QA processes, standards and readiness requirements.Contribute to improvements in QA processes, documentation, tools and ways of working.Identify repetitive and predictable testing activities that may be suitable for automation.Participate in evaluating QA automation initiatives and provide feedback on accuracy, usability and suitability for Delivery QA.Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the QA team.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired2+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance/testing.Strong experience with manual testing of web applications.Experience with functional, visual, responsive and cross-browser testing.Sound testing judgement and ability to assess risks, priorities and testing scope across different implementations.Experience identifying, documenting and retesting defects.Experience using defect-management tools such as BugHerd or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify functional, visual and content-related issues.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent assignments.Ability to proactively identify and communicate blockers, risks and dependencies.Comfortable working in a delivery environment where requirements and implementation scope may vary between projects.PreferredExperience testing client-facing websites or digital experiences preferably in a delivery environment.Experience with accessibility testing and tools such as Axe DevTools, WAVE, Lighthouse or NVDA and working knowledge of WCAG.Experience with CMS or content-management systems.Experience with mobile/responsive web testing.Experience with multilingual website testing.Experience using BrowserStack or similar cross-browser/device testing platforms.Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and browser developer tools.Exposure to QA automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.

Work LocationHybrid Work Model: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in the Bengaluru office 3 times per week.
