Requirements:

Minimum and Preferred. Inclusive of Licenses/Certs (include functional experience as well as behavioural attributes and/or leadership capabilities).

8+ years of software engineering experience.

Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and managing a team of engineers.

Advanced proficiency with Java, the SDLC, and solid knowledge of microservice architecture.

Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend libraries/frameworks (ReactJS or similar).

Strong hands-on knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc. ), including schema and query design, as well as NoSQL (e. g., DynamoDB) database technologies.

Hands-on experience building performant web-based user interfaces.

Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Great communication and collaboration skills and a strong teamwork ethic with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in ad tech.

Experience with programmatic advertising or real-time bidding platforms.

Experience with:

Spring Boot and related Spring projects.

Relational databases, such as MySQL or Postgres

Non-relational database technologies like DynamoDB.

JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React, Node.js .

Caching datastores such as Redis, ValKey, or MemCache.

Data Streaming Mechanisms such as Apache Kafka and/or AWS Kinesis.

Cloud platforms such as AWS.

Modern DevOps tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

BS or MS in Computer Science / Engineering or relevant work experience.
