Description

Infor is seeking a strategic and technically strong Manager of Software Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions. This role will drive innovation, ensure engineering excellence, and enable agile product delivery across distributed teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who can balance people management with technical oversight, and who thrives in a collaborative, customer-centric environment.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

Lead multiple agile development teams in the design, implementation, and support of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.Drive architectural decisions in alignment with enterprise software best practices and cloud-native design principles.Partner with Product Management, UX, and Customer Success to translate product vision into executable roadmaps.Implement and enforce software engineering standards, quality metrics, and CI/CD practices across the organization.Mentor and grow engineering talent through a culture of feedback, innovation, and continuous improvement.Manage development budgets, resource allocation, and strategic vendor partnerships.Stay ahead of technology trends and evaluate their applicability to Infor’s platforms and products.Foster cross-functional collaboration across global teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in software development, in a leadership role.Experience delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale.Experience in cloud technologies, microservices, and modern DevOps practices.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading distributed development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cloud / Saas / ERP, or industry-specific enterprise applications.Experience driving organizational change and influence at all levels.Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
