Role summaryOwn the receivables cycle end-to-end, from invoice issuance to cash collection, and build andmaintain the MIS layer for finance, including Ind AS FS. Drive automation of recurring financeworkflows, starting with reconciliation and reporting.

Key responsibilities:Overseas operations● Own the overseas financial reviews, including AR operations. Review on a fixed cadence anddrive compliance and MIS reporting.Order to cash and process ownership● Ensure credit risk evaluation, set and enforce credit limits for channel partners, escalatebreaches, and resolve disputes with sales and operations.● Track DSO and collection efficiency against a target and report variance monthly.● Own the order-to-cash process for finance's part of it: invoice raising, dispatchdocumentation, collection, and provisioning for doubtful debts.● Identify and fix breakdowns in the order-to-cash flow, and document the process where noneexists today.MIS and Ind AS reporting● Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reporting for the overseas entities.● Own Ind AS FS for standalone and consolidated financials.

Automation● Identify manual, repetitive finance tasks and automate them using the tools available, Excel,Power BI, Power Automate, or the ERP directly.● Partner with the ERP team on system configuration that affects AR, MIS or automation, andown the finance side of any related rollout.● Automate recurring reports so they refresh without a manual rebuild each cycle.Cross-functional and stakeholder management● Work with sales, operations and channel partners to resolve invoice and credit disputeswithout escalating every instance.● Own statutory and internal audit for overseas financials and FS.

Requirements:● Chartered accountant, six to nine years post qualification.● Demonstrated ownership of AR ops, order to cash or credit control, not just adjacentreporting.● Hands-on MIS or dashboard build experience, able to name a specific report and the decisionit drove.● Hands-on Ind AS FS, consolidation and dealing with statutory auditors.● Working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP or equivalent, and at least one automation tool,Power BI, Power Automate, or similar.● Comfortable operating without a fully built process, in a fast-growing Series B company.

Good to have● Experience with a channel partner or distributor-led sales model.● Exposure to hardware or working capital intensive businesses.● Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
