Your Impact

Brings strong expertise in OpenText PPM, ValueEdge/CSDP, and SDM/Octane, enabling successful delivery of complex implementation, upgrade, and migration projects. Should be able to drive project governance, Agile delivery, and quality improvements while ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives. With proven leadership experience, they effectively guide teams, manage stakeholders, and support strategic decision-making. Skilled at identifying and resolving complex delivery and operational challenges, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. What The Role Offers

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the team, ensuring all activities align with business goals and customer requirements.Manage the Implementation/Upgrade/migrations of PPM and OpenText CSDP/ValueEdge and OpenText SDM/Octane with hands-on experience in these tool setsResponsible for PPM and Agile project delivery using OpenText CSDP/ValueEdge and OpenText SDM/Octane leveraging the tools for project management, release management, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather feedback and improve product quality.Conduct periodic team performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure all product releases meet defined quality criteria before they are launched to customers.Conducting root cause analysis of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Assist in the identification and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance the quality assurance processes.Providing leadership, training, and development opportunities to the team to enhance team skills and performance.Fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.Stay updated on industry trends, new quality management methodologies, and regulatory changes that affect product quality.

What You Need To Succeed

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.12+ years of experience in delivering and managing enterprise solutions using OpenText ADM applications (PPM, AQM, SDM/CSDP(Octane/ValueEdge)), systems design and development processes, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, evaluation.Strong expertise in PPM and Agile project delivery using OpenText CSDP/ValueEdge and OpenText SDM/Octane with hands-on experience in release management, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins or Git for continuous integration & continuous testingExcellent Business & Technology verbal/written communication skills.Ability to analyse and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.Excellent management/supervisory skills and ability to operate under tight timeline-driven initiatives.Solid grasp of business principles and techniques of administration, organization and management, including an in-depth understanding of the key business issues.Understanding of IT projects engagements type and the financial aspects (revenue, margin, billing).Significant experience working in enterprise software product industry is desirable.A high level of commitment, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly apply new technologies.Proven experience as a Delivery Manager leading large-scale application delivery, driving end-to-end project execution, resource planning, governance, risk management, and ensuring adherence to quality and SLA commitments. At least 5+ years of experience with responsibilities in managing consulting teams for medium to large scale projects.Extensive experience in stakeholder, customer, and executive management with the ability to engage with global customers, understand business priorities, provide strategic consulting, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
