WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

•    Lead and align the team and logistics resources to achieve the agreed key financial goals established in the yearly AOP plan for both Distribution and Freight.

•    Responsible for achieving the main objectives related to deliveries, warehousing and transportation.

•    Lead India warehouse teams (shift planning, onboarding, training, performance management) and ensure safe operations, 5S, and disciplined standard work.

•    Manage day-to-day execution with transportation partners (capacity, pickup performance, issue escalation), building strong supplier relationships and ensuring smooth outbound flow.

•    Drive daily operational control through KPI management (safety, quality, delivery, cost), identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.

•    Own warehouses productivity and labor planning; set targets, standardize work, and track performance to improve throughput and cost per unit.

•    Ensure service level, OTIF, and customer commitments are met; lead daily/weekly performance reviews and continuous improvement action plans.

•    Own logistics and warehousing cost control (freight, handling, labor) against AOP; partner with Finance on forecasting inputs and explain key variances.

•    Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance Teams to ensure that all import/export activities align with company processes and initiatives.

•    Manage import, export, or breakbulk transactions and applicable administrative India and foreign government programs to ensure all paperwork is processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meets all compliance requirements.

•    Monitors and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to the company’s transportation policies and practices.

•    Support the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems (TMS/WMS) to promote supply chain optimization

•   To Lead SIOP for NEP Bidadi by supporting the Sales Inventory Operations & Planning process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and inventory strategies.

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

+10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including team leadership

Proven ability to manage warehouse teams and drive operational performance

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and FIFO principles

Experience working in warehouse environments using barcode scanning systems

Experience applying Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and implement improvements

Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP or/and M3) and advanced Excel skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English
