About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic People Business Partner to join our HO team. This role will directly partner with Business Leaders to shape people strategy, drive organizational effectiveness, and enable business outcomes. This position requires a high degree of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and impact across multiple business threads. The ideal candidate thrives in startup ecosystems, brings strong business acumen, and can independently drive complex people initiatives end-to-end.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategy with business goals across multiple threads.Influence & Leadership: Proactively influence senior stakeholders by providing data-driven insights, thought partnership, and actionable recommendations.Org Design & Effectiveness: Partner with leaders on org design, talent planning, and scaling structures for efficiency and growth.Talent & Capability: Identify capability gaps, shape talent development initiatives, and drive manager effectiveness programs.Culture & Engagement: Strengthen the high-performance culture by driving initiatives around employee experience, engagement, and values alignment.Change Management: Lead critical change programs and help leaders navigate organizational transitions with minimal friction.Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to diagnose people issues, forecast risks, and influence leadership action.Execution Excellence: Balance strategy with execution by independently driving high-priority HR initiatives end-to-end.
What We’re Looking For5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.Strong track record of strategic HR partnering at the business leadership level.Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through insights and credibility.Comfortable working as an individual contributor with high accountability and ownership.Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
