Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise applications built using .NET technologies.
Drive solution design, development standards, coding best practices, and engineering governance.
Review application architecture, design documents, and code to ensure scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.
Lead technology decisions, technical roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Profile required
Full Stack Application Development
Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using:
C#
.NET Core / .NET
ASP.NET MVC/Web API
Angular, React, or similar front-end frameworks
SQL Server and cloud-based database solutions
Define application integration patterns and API standards.
Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and performance optimization standards.
Guide teams in implementing modern development methodologies and reusable frameworks.
Project Delivery & Execution
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure predictable, high-quality releases.
Establish governance processes for delivery tracking and issue resolution.
People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers, technical leads, and development teams.
Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and succession planning.
Identify skill gaps and drive training and development initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent.
DevOps & Operational Excellence
Drive adoption of CI/CD, automation, DevOps, and cloud-native best practices.
Ensure application reliability, availability, security, and operational stability.
Support production releases, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Establish metrics and KPIs for engineering productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives across development and support teams.
