Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Campaign Operations professional to lead the planning, execution, orchestration and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are built accurately, launched on time, optimized continuously and executed at scale, while establishing repeatable processes, strong governance and automation across Marketing Operations. The role will also act as a Team Lead / functional coordinator across broader Marketing Technology & Insights capabilities, to improve overall Marketing productivity and execution.

We are looking for someone who can help build, execute and mature the organization's campaign operating model, leverage automation and AI to improve productivity, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Campaign ExecutionBuild and manage programs and campaign assets in Marketo, including emails, landing/registration pages, forms, smart campaigns, lists, and nurture programs using approved templates and segmentationOwn the campaign build queue end-to-end, from intake and sizing through launch and post-launch verification, in line with defined SLAsManage campaign calendars, workback plans, dependencies and cross-functional handoffsConduct rigorous pre-launch QA covering links, tokens, rendering, tracking, forms, system synchronization, suppression logic and post-launch workflowsDeliver scalable, personalized, and compliant email programs that drive engagement and support customer lifecycle marketingPerform pre- and post-send deliverability checks and monitor delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, and engagement anomaliesConfigure/validate standard Marketo campaign and nurture reports and provide campaign owners with operational performance results Campaign Delivery, Process & OptimizationManage campaign projects in Asana, including workback plans, dependencies, statuses, tasks, and cross-functional handoffsUse established intake forms, templates, workflows, automations, statuses and checklists to make campaign execution repeatable and scalableIdentify recurring causes of delays, errors, and rework and address them through better processes, documentation, automation, or stakeholder coordinationPartner with team members on template, segmentation, data quality, database hygiene and platform issues that impact campaign deliveryIdentify opportunities to standardize and scale repeatable campaign workflows within established MarTech standards Campaign Analytics & OptimizationMonitor campaign engagement, conversion and pipeline contributionConduct A/B testing and optimize content, subject lines, CTAs, timing, frequency, and audience selectionIdentify campaign performance trends, operational issues and opportunities for improvementPartner with Marketing Analytics to strengthen campaign measurement, attribution and reportingUse data and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI Marketing Technology, Automation & AIAct as a key business owner/user of Marketo and the broader Marketing Technology ecosystemIdentify opportunities to automate campaign builds, QA, reporting, workflow management, and other repetitive activitiesLeverage AI to improve campaign creation, personalization, testing, optimization, analysis, and operational productivityHelp transition campaign execution toward an AI-native operating model that increases scale without proportional growth in manual effortIdentify platform capabilities, integration issues, and technology enhancements that can improve campaign delivery Marketing Operations Team LeadershipAct as a functional Team Lead/coordinator across broader Marketing Technology & Intelligence capabilities, including Lead Management, SDR Operations, Database Management & Web OperationsFacilitate cross-functional prioritization and resolution of operational dependenciesIdentify common process, data, and technology issues across teams and drive coordinated resolutionPromote consistent operating standards, documentation, governance, and best practices across the function

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, Demand Generation or a related fieldStrong hands-on expertise in Marketo - programs, smart campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists, segmentation, and nurtureProven experience managing complex B2B marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders/geographiesStrong understanding of campaign QA, email deliverability, segmentation, lead lifecycle, and marketing automationExperience with CRM/MarTech integrations, preferably SalesforceStrong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skillsA continuous-improvement mindset with demonstrated interest in automation and AI-enabled marketing
