About the RoleAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Manager – Controllership to manage day-to-day financial accounting,reporting, reconciliations, compliance and audit activities for Rapido’s group companies.The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail and the ability to ownprocesses end-to-end, identify issues and drive them to closure in a fast-paced andevolving environment.

ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly, quarterly and annual book closure for assigned entities and ensureaccurate and timely financial reporting under Ind AS.Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, schedules and accountingworkings, including revenue, collections, payouts, vendors, receivables, payablesand intercompany balances.Drive statutory and internal audit requirements, including preparation of schedules,supporting documents and timely closure of audit queries.Ensure compliance with accounting policies, SOPs and internal controls andidentify gaps requiring corrective action.Work closely with Tax, Business Finance, Legal, Product and Operations teams onaccounting and reporting requirements for business transactions.Review accounting entries, provisions, accruals and other key P&L and balance sheetitems for accuracy and completeness.Own and improve reconciliation and reporting processes, reducing manual effortand recurring issues through automation and process improvements.Identify accounting, compliance and control risks and independently driveresolution with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in accounting, controllership, financial reporting or audit;

Required SkillsStrong understanding of Ind AS, accounting, reconciliations and financial controls.Hands-on experience with month-end closure and statutory audits.Strong Excel and analytical skills with an interest in process improvement andautomation.Comfortable working in a high-growth, ambiguous and constantly evolvingenvironment.
