What is this role all about? This is an entry-level role for data-savvy professionals looking to launch their career in SaaS Customer Experience (CX) analytics. You will work closely with internal teams and enterprise clients to analyze customer interaction datasets, write custom SQL queries, and build interactive Power BI dashboards to drive CX operational performance, improve satisfaction metrics, and deliver actionable data insights.

You will handle, process, and clean large sets of customer data to ensure seamless data migration and solution setup on Kapture’s platform.

You will write and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate complex relational database structures.

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visual reports for enterprise clients.

You will perform advanced data modeling and analysis using Advanced Excel features like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

You will coordinate across cross-functional product, tech, and client teams to ensure clear communication and on-time project delivery.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

What does success look like in this role? You effectively manage complex datasets, build insightful Power BI reports, write error-free SQL queries, and maintain clear, proactive communication across teams to deliver successful enterprise implementations.

You have a graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

You have hands-on experience in working with and managing large datasets.

You possess strong command over SQL for querying and manipulating database tables.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

You can write efficient SQL queries and manage multi-layered relational datasets clearly.

You are proficient in Power BI dashboard design and Advanced Excel data modeling functions.

You have strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills.

You will have an advantage if you:

Have prior internship or project experience working with SaaS platforms or tech products.

Have hands-on exposure to building custom business intelligence dashboards in Power BI.

Are comfortable handling data transformations, documentation, and technical presentations.

Have basic knowledge of project management principles and client onboarding processes.
