Management Trainee Credit Manager (Cross Sell)
Location: Bengaluru Hennur / Lingarajapuram
Company: Muthoot Finance
We are looking for MBA candidates to join as Management Trainees in the Credit Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess creditworthiness of applicants by analysing financial data and credit reports.
Evaluate customer income profiles for loan and credit eligibility.
Analyse CIBIL reports and identify credit risk factors.
Analyse bank statements to verify income sources and spending patterns.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up on non-starter applications and collect required information.
Ensure timely credit decisions within defined TAT.
Language Requirement: Candidates proficient in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Bengali, Odia, or Gujarati.
Eligibility:
MBA 2023/2024 batch candidates.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates residing near the office location preferred.
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle situations and work pressure.
Male candidates preferred.
Compensation:
Base Salary: 3.75 LPA
After confirmation, candidates will be given the position of Assistant Manager along with a salary hike.
