🚨 We’re Hiring | Executive / Senior Executive – Loan Operations

📌 Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Loan Operations Team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily loan cases and ensure timely processing within defined TATs.• Coordinate with lenders and Sales Teams for smooth application processing and closure of pending requirements.• Monitor pending cases, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.• Handle loan-related escalations and customer/learner complaints.• Guide the Sales Team on pending requirements, rejected/non-approved cases, and possible resolutions.• Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.• Identify and escalate potential cases of mis-selling or non-compliance.• Analyse recurring operational challenges and work with stakeholders to improve the loan journey.• Coordinate with lenders for course/goal mapping, re-mapping, and enabling required goals on loan forms.• Support the Sales Team with payment failures and other loan-related concerns.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Strong command of Hindi & English, with excellent English written communication.• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Good understanding of loan processing and operations.• Ability to manage multiple cases and escalations within strict TATs.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
