The role

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow-based business processes and workflow automation.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs.

- Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production and UAT issues.

- Manage application enhancements, release planning, deployment readiness, and production cutovers.

- Partner with business architects, process owners, and development teams to prioritize work and remove delivery blockers.

- Drive UAT, FOT, pilot, and production validation activities to ensure successful adoption.

- Establish governance around workflow design, data integrity, integrations, and platform standards.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business operations, manufacturing, sales, and external partners.

- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices for ServiceNow development teams.

Required Qualifications :

- Deep ServiceNow architecture and platform expertise.

- Experience with workflow design, business process automation, and enterprise integrations.

- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, Jira, UAT, release management, and defect management.

- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and drive decisions.

- Experience managing large-scale transformation or migration programs.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
