About the Role

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Manager.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Litigation & Dispute Management, along with exposure to corporate legal and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle and manage domestic and international litigation and disputes.* Manage consumer, employment, contractual, arbitration and court matters.* Coordinate with external and international legal counsels.* Support litigation strategy, legal research, evidence, documentation and case management.* Assist with settlement discussions and dispute resolution.* Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.* Handle legal notices and provide legal advice to internal teams.* Advise on employment law, regulatory compliance, data privacy and IP matters.* Monitor legal and regulatory developments and support internal compliance.* Work closely with HR, Finance, Product and Business teams on legal matters.

Requirements

* LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.* 5+ years of relevant legal experience.* Strong experience specifically in Litigation & Dispute Management.* Good understanding of contractual, employment and regulatory matters.* Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation and communication skills.* Experience working with external/foreign counsels is an advantage.* Exposure to cross-border legal matters is a plus.
