Job Summary

Own the end-to-end lease initiation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all leasing transactions.Ensure installed devices and leasing contract terms are fully aligned prior to lease activation.Coordinate lease approvals with Finance Partners to facilitate asset sale invoicing.Prepare, validate, and manage lease exhibits and initiation documentation.Execute lease initiation transactions and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholdersValidate and approve lease purchase orders (POs) in accordance with policy requirements.Execute leasing legal documents, including Lease Schedules, where delegated signing authority existsMaintain accurate lease data and provide timely inputs to the Lease Accelerator team.Deliver weekly funding visibility reports to key stakeholders and management teams.Support monthly KPI performance analysis activities, including identification of root causes for missed targets, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
