What you'll own:

The Technical & Product Trainer will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical and product training programs for our dealership network and internal teams. This role focuses heavily on the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment for 3 Wheelers and Heavy commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between advanced EV engineering and practical dealership applications, ensuring dealer technicians, service advisors, and sales teams are fully equipped to support our EV commercial product lineup.

What you'll do:

Technical Training Delivery

Conduct hands-on technical training for dealer technicians on EV architecture, high-voltage systems, powertrain, battery and chargersTrain dealership staff on advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and the use of specialized OEM diagnostic toolsEducate teams on rigorous high-voltage safety protocols, safety gear (PPE) utilization, and emergency response procedures

Product & Sales Training

Deliver product performance, capability, and feature training to dealer sales teams and product specialistsTranslate complex EV commercial vehicle technical specifications into clear, value-based sales arguments (e.g., Total Cost of Ownership, charging infrastructure, payload efficiency)Conduct competitive analysis training to help dealerships differentiate our EV products in the commercial market

Content Development & Strategy

Create, update, and localize training modules, manuals, e-learning content, and practical assessment toolsCollaborate with R&D, product planning, and engineering teams to stay ahead of upcoming vehicle launches and software updatesDesign simulation-based learning and hands-on trouble-shooting exercises for the training lab

Dealer Performance & Assessment

Evaluate and certify dealer technicians and sales staff based on OEM global standardsMonitor dealer training KPIs and conduct skill-gap analyses to recommend targeted training interventionsProvide on-site or remote technical support to dealerships handling complex, first-time EV issues

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering3 to 6 years of experience as a Technical Trainer within an Automobile OEM or Tier-1 supplierMinimum 2 years of dedicated experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) systems, preferably within the commercial vehicle segment (buses, trucks, or LCVs)
