Work Mandate - Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up.
Role: Lead- Restaurant Marketing
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Lead -Restaurant Marketing to drive GTM campaigns, supply-side social media, merchant events, and brand sponsorships. You will turn complex product updates into simple stories, build content for our restaurant partners, and manage key brand partnerships.

What You’ll DoProduct Launches & GTM: Plan campaigns for new features. Write copy for Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app properties, and guide designers on creative execution.Product Videos & Scripts: Read product docs (PRDs) and translate them into simple scripts for product tutorials, motion graphics, and educational videos.Social Media & IPs: Oversee our partner Instagram and YouTube channels (3–4 posts/week). Manage overall strategy, plan shoots, script schedules, paid campaigns, and flagship restaurant video series featuring industry hosts.Sponsorships & Brand Deals: Pitch brands and media agencies to secure sponsorship revenue. Build pitch decks and outbound sales pipelines.Events & Merchant Engagement: Host live webinars, write product blogs, and help execute industry events, food expos, and partner awards.Leadership Alignment: Coordinate high-priority partner meetings and campaign schedules alongside the sales leadership.
What We’re Looking For3–4 years of experience in product marketing, brand partnerships, content strategy, or social media (Food-tech, E-commerce, or B2B preferred).Strong writing & storytelling skills with a solid eye for visual design and video scriptwriting. Vernacular language skills are a plus.Social media expertise in managing Instagram and YouTube channels from strategy to execution.Pitch & partnership skills to present to external brands, close sponsorships, and build decks.Event & project management skills to run webinars, video shoots, and merchant events.AI & analytical mindset to use AI tools for faster work and track campaign performance.Great interpersonal skills to collaborate comfortably with internal leadership, industry personalities, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
