Lead IT Analyst - SAP EHS

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead IT Analysts will guide a team of analysts, oversee multiple IT projects, and have a strategic role in IT infrastructure As we transition our existing SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA RISE environment, you will be working with existing internal team and external resources responsible for successful transition of SAP EHS functionalities. It is a greenfield deployment, so identification of deviations, gaps with business will be equally key responsibility This person will have to work with other functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and will mentor junior staff. As a lead, you will own the process, solution & work with business to build sustainable, scalable long-term solutions. Working with business you will be involved in strategic decision-making, holding greater responsibility in budgeting, project timelines, and delivering on IT initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze IT systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative solutions. Provide data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and support data-informed decision-making. Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies, helping to inform the organization's technology roadmap. Mentor and support junior IT analysts, fostering their growth and development. Conduct in-depth IT assessments, risk analysis, and recommend strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

10-12+ years of experience in IT analysis, project participation, or related roles. Lead the discussion, requirement gathering and solution Along with technical skills, have owned leadership responsibilities, overseeing successful delivery of projects You must have hands-on working experience with writing functional specs, working with technical and business teams to provide a solution Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications. Experience with project management methodologies. Innovation-driven mindset. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Passion for staying at the forefront of IT trends. Demonstrated contributions to technology innovation and process improvement. Strong research and presentation skills.
