As a Lead HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality HR services to our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR operations, managing employee data and records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. By providing efficient and effective HR support, you will contribute to creating a seamless employee experience and enabling the success of our workforce.
In this role, you will impact the organization by leading the operations and implementation of time and attendance systems, streamlining processes, and improving accuracy, resulting in better workforce management and increased productivity. Your ability to identify productivity and cycle time improvement opportunities will drive continuous improvement in daily operations and projects, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of HR services.

Oversee and manage the HR Services function to ensure the delivery of highquality HR services to employees and managersDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service deliveryProvide guidance and support to the HR Services team on complex HR issuesCollaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify and address HR service needs
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service deliveryOracle HCM & ServiceNow experienceStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesExperience in managing HR systems and data, with proficiency in HRIS software
