We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team at Fossil Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka. What You Will Do In This Role

Design and develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau and Looker to deliver actionable business insightsIntegrate and manage data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across reporting systemsOptimize dashboard performance by improving load times, responsiveness, and handling large datasets efficientlyDevelop and execute SQL queries and leverage Python or similar tools for data extraction, transformation, and analysisImplement data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of reporting dataCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutionsLead and mentor a team of analysts, driving best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Who You Are

8–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Visualization & AI rolesStrong expertise in Tableau (Desktop and Server) including advanced reporting, data blending, and calculationsHands-on experience with Google Looker Studio and modern data visualization tools with AI.Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts for ad-hoc analysis and business reportingGood understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and GCP applicationsExperience with Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis is an advantageStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with complex datasetsProven leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and collaborating across functions
