Your Impact

Lead Cloud Applications Consultant serves as the trusted technical advisor, primary point of contact, and technical leader for a portfolio of strategic OpenText Cloud customers.The role combines deep technical expertise, customer engagement, cloud operations leadership, and technical governance. The TSM is responsible for driving customer success, platform health, operational excellence, and long-term value realization across the entire customer lifecycle. Working closely with Customer Success, Cloud Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services, and Support teams, the TSM ensures customers receive a proactive, connected, and outcome-focused experience.

What The Role Offers

Building credibility as a trusted technical advisor.Leading strategic customer discussions and executive-level engagements.Managing complex OpenText cloud-hosted environments.Understanding customer business goals and translating them into technical solutions.Driving customer adoption, operational excellence, and platform optimization.Navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing across organizational boundaries.Troubleshooting critical issues and leading high-impact escalations.Identifying opportunities for automation and operational improvements.Demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, communication, and customer focus.

What You Need To Succeed

8+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Cloud Services, Managed Services, Enterprise Application Management, Technical Account Management, or related customer-facing technology roles.Experience managing strategic customer relationships and leading complex technical engagements.Strong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery and operational support models.Subject Matter Expert in OpenText Content Management technologies including Content Server, Extended ECM (xECM), Archive Server, OTDS, Search & Indexing, Brava, PowerDocs, and related integrations.Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Engineering integrations.Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.Experience supporting enterprise applications across Windows, Linux/UNIX, web/application servers, databases, and cloud platforms.Working knowledge of automation, scripting, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools.
