As an Associate - Buying, you will play a crucial role in supporting the buying team with day-to-day operations and decision-making processes. With 2.0-5.0 years of experience, you are expected to contribute to strategic procurement activities and assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Roles And Responsibilities

Work closely with the buying team to understand product requirements and specifications.Analyze market trends and conduct supplier evaluations to identify potential vendors.Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable deals.Monitor inventory levels and track order status to ensure timely delivery of goods.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives.Assist in the development of sourcing strategies to optimize purchasing processes.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape.Prepare reports and presentations on purchasing activities and performance metrics.

Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records of purchases, monitoring supplier performance, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the procurement process. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities will be essential for success in this position.
