Myntra’s MNow business team aims to unlock incremental growth on the back of a reliable 30-min delivery service coupled with a choicest branded selection thereby offering a unique and differentiated merchandise for its fashion forward customers. Along with the speed of delivery, which is table stakes for quick commerce business, availability of the right selection will play a major role in its success. The Category speed business team will have its stakeholders in category, central planning, business finance, business analytics and supply chain and will primarily be responsible for rapid growth of this model.

RESPONSIBILITIESBuilding templates, dashboards in Excel /Google Sheet / PowerBI for operational and management reportingStatistical and Analytical Models and methods for data analysis related to customer initiatives & growth hacks including issue diagnosis, problem dissection and tracking of resultsRunning and maintaining the reporting system Data extraction as per business request for Ad hoc analysis Assisting the team in data analysis and miningBusiness analysis and understanding to highlight key lead indicators

SKILLSStrong database concepts and experience in SQL – can convert any business requirement into a SQL statementExpertise in Excel, PowerBIGood understanding of working with geographical data (lat/long, hex ID, etc) will be an added advantage

Working experience in R, Python, Tableau, Qlikview, Data Studio is a good to have Experience of working in a customer growth/customer analytics role is a plusQuick learner and ability to work in dynamic work environmentTeam player and comfortable interacting with people from multiple disciplines

QUALIFICATIONSBachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute3+ years of experience in working on reporting / business intelligence systems
