Vedantu is looking for a Lead – AI-Native Data Analytics to build the next generation of AI-powered analytics capabilities.
You will lead the transformation of analytics from traditional reporting to an AI-first operating model where business users interact with intelligent analytics agents while analysts focus on business context, validation, and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do:Build and operationalize an AI-powered analytics agentDesign AI-driven workflows for SQL generation, data retrieval, visualization, and insightsCreate trusted business metrics, semantic layers, and metadataDrive adoption of AI across the analytics organizationPartner with Product, Engineering, and Business teamsLead a team of analysts and establish best practicesBuild evaluation frameworks for AI-generated insightsImprove analyst productivity through AI automation
What We're Looking For:8–12 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Decision ScienceStrong SQL and Python skillsExperience leading analytics teamsStrong stakeholder management experienceExperience with Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platformsHands-on exposure to LLMs, GenAI, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologiesExperience building AI-assisted analytics, semantic layers, or self-service analytics is highly preferred
