Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Executive - HR Operations to join our HR team and be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work with data and HR systems will be important in this role.

Work Schedule:

5 days a week on-site, with alternate Saturdays work from home.

Roles And Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, exits, attendance, and leave managementMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, trackers, and personnel filesAssist with employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed within timelinesSupport payroll and attendance-related activities by coordinating employee data, attendance inputs, leave records, and other information required for payroll processingAssist with HRMS activities and maintain employee information in systems such as GreytHRDevelop an understanding of HR systems and actively support the adoption of new HR tools and platformsAssist in coordinating with HR service providers and external vendors for background verification, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related servicesAct as a point of contact for routine employee queries related to HR processes, policies, attendance, leave, benefits, and employee documentation, escalating complex matters to the appropriate HR team memberSupport the HR and Admin teams in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activitiesAssist with employee surveys, feedback collection, and basic analysis of survey data to support HR and engagement initiativesSupport performance management activities, including employee communications, review-cycle coordination, trackers, and documentationAssist in preparing HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and other HR-related data for management reviewSupport HR compliance activities by maintaining required documentation and records and coordinating with relevant internal teams and external partnersAssist in documenting HR processes, preparing SOPs, maintaining trackers, and identifying opportunities for process improvementProvide support to the Talent Acquisition team as and when required, including coordination of interviews, candidate communication, recruitment documentation, onboarding coordination, and other recruitment-related activitiesMaintain a high level of confidentiality while handling employee information and HR-related mattersTake ownership of assigned HR projects and activities while continuously developing knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in HR will be an added advantage0-1 year of experience in HR; freshers are encouraged to applyInternship, academic project, or practical exposure to HR processes will be an added advantageBasic understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processesGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholdersGood working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointWillingness to learn and work with HRMS tools such as GreytHR and other HR technology platformsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate recordsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting timelinesStrong learning agility, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilitiesHigh standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrityAbility to work collaboratively with HR, Finance, Admin, employees, managers, and external vendorsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and compliance-driven environmentStrong interest in building a long-term career in HR Operations
