At Pocket FM, we’re building a dedicated Asset Management function to keep our growing tech environment running smoothly. We’re looking for an Asset Operations professional who can take ownership of day-to-day device and hardware operations across our Bangalore office.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with employees, IT support, vendors and the Asset Management team to ensure every device is tracked, maintained and accounted for
What You’ll DoManage day-to-day device allocation, returns and replacements for new joiners, exits and employeesMaintain accurate asset records in FreshService, including assignments, status and location trackingCoordinate procurement requirements, delivery tracking and vendor follow-upsManage hardware inventory including peripherals, accessories, cables and office equipmentSupport audits by maintaining accurate asset documentation and compliance recordsCoordinate with the IT Support team to resolve hardware-related helpdesk ticketsHandle physical hardware activities including unboxing, tagging, imaging and storage
What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Support or IT OperationsHands-on experience with FreshService, ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolsBasic understanding of MDM and device management tools such as JumpCloud, Intune or JamfStrong attention to detail and a process-oriented approachGood communication skills and confidence interacting with employees across levelsComfortable handling physical IT hardware and maintaining inventoryExperience in a startup or high-growth technology company is a plus
