About The Role

Syncron Learning builds scalable learning and certification programs for customers and partners across Syncron products.

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer (4–5 years experience) who can design scenario-based product training and leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, scale, and quality. This role requires working in a fast-paced, projectized environment with strong cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for Instructional Designers who want to grow in the software product training space.

Note: We are seeking an AI-enabled Instructional Designer who uses AI to work faster, smarter, and at scale-not a traditional content developer.

What would you do?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field4–5 years of experience in software/product training or user assistanceStrong experience in scenario-based instructional designExperience working in a projectized/agile environmentExperience building storyboards, simulations, and assessmentsProven ability to work with SMEs and multiple stakeholdersHands-on experience using AI tools in content development workflowsAbility to use AI to improve productivity (not just basic usage)Expertise in Articulate suite of applicationsFamiliarity with Agentic AI tools
