• Apply learning science, UX, and visual design principles to improve comprehension and retention.

• Ensure all learning assets align with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

LMS & Digital Delivery (≈25%)

• Package, test, and deploy courses to enterprise LMS platforms.

• Manage course structures, assignments, completion rules, evaluations, and content updates.

• Collaborate with LMS administrators to troubleshoot course behavior, reporting, and learner issues.

• Optimize content for web and mobile delivery, ensuring performance across devices and browsers.

• Maintain version control and documentation for learning assets.

Security Training Programs & Campaigns (≈10%)

• Support enterprise security awareness programs and targeted training for specific audiences (engineering, HR, finance, contractors, leaders).

• Develop supporting assets such as job aids, one-pagers, infographics, short videos, and internal web pages.

• Contribute to awareness campaigns tied to policy launches, annual training, phishing simulations, or regulatory requirements.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement (≈10%)

• Design assessments, quizzes, and surveys to measure learning effectiveness and comprehension.

• Analyze LMS data (completion rates, scores, feedback) and recommend improvements.

• Iterate on content based on learner feedback, metrics, and evolving security risks.

• Document templates, standards, and reusable components to scale development efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or digital training content creation.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing courses for LMS delivery.

• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate).

• Strong digital design skills with examples of interactive or web-based learning content.

• Ability to translate technical or compliance-heavy topics into engaging learning experiences.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics fundamentals.

• Excellent written communication, storyboarding, and collaboration skills.

• Strong organization, version control discipline, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience developing information security, IT, privacy, or compliance training.

• Knowledge of security frameworks or topics (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, data protection, phishing, secure behavior).

• Experience with xAPI, accessibility testing tools, or multimedia optimization.

• Tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Vyond, Snagit, Figma, HTML/CSS basics for learning content.
