Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute influencer-led performance marketing campaigns across platforms.Identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships.Coordinate with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Business teams to align campaign messaging and objectives.Manage end-to-end campaign operations including onboarding, content creation, approvals, attribution tracking, reporting, and payout coordination.Track and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, Revenue, Enrolments and Leads.Analyze campaign data, prepare dashboards, and recommend optimization strategies.Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Requirements:3–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media platforms, and creator partnerships.Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data.Understanding of digital attribution models, campaign tracking, and marketing metrics.Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with influencer marketing or analytics tools is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
