Key responsibilities in your new role :

- Lead and drive power-related design methodologies, analysis, and optimization activities, leveraging strong domain expertise and hands-on experience.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain design automation solutions and methodologies using scripting languages such as Tcl and Perl.

- Provide technical leadership for flow development and methodology initiatives across geographically distributed and multi-site project teams.

- Translate product specifications and design requirements into efficient physical implementation solutions using advanced EDA tools and design flows.

- Execute and contribute across all stages of the RTL-to-GDSII (RTL2GDS) design flow, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.

- Collaborate with and guide cross-functional teams to achieve performance, power, quality, and schedule targets.

- Analyze complex technical challenges, identify root causes, and drive effective resolutions by leveraging internal expertise and a global engineering network.

- Champion continuous improvement of design flows, methodologies, and implementation practices to enhance productivity and design quality.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related discipline.

- 15+ years of experience in CAD and/or Physical Design for highly complex SoCs.

- Strong technical expertise across the entire RTL-to-GDSII design flow, with a deep understanding of all associated methodologies and challenges.

- Demonstrated technical leadership with a proven track record of driving successful design and implementation projects.

- Hands-on experience in physical design and CAD methodologies, coupled with effective people management and team leadership skills.

- Strong programming and automation skills, with proficiency in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, and Python.

- Extensive experience developing and maintaining tools, flows, and methodologies using Perl, Tcl, and other relevant programming languages.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
