Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist – Product Implementation tomanage end-to-end product onboarding and deployment for our clients. This role involvesgathering business requirements, configuring the product, managing data migration, conductingUAT, and ensuring smooth go-live. The Specialist will also collaborate closely withcross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations, driving customer satisfaction andlong-term adoption.Key Responsibilities: ● Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration,testing, and deployment.● Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to productcapabilities.● Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.● Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.● Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.● Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) forissue resolution.● Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timelydelivery.● Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurationsfor reusability.● Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuringa seamless handover to the support team.Required Qualifications: Educational ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or relatedfield.● Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS toolspreferred.Professional ● 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.● Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.● Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.● Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.● Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.● Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
