About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Partner to join our People team. This role will work across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development, supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and partnering closely with business leaders and employees. This role requires someone who can balance people management, hiring, and employee development.What You’ll DoHR Business PartneringPartner with managers and employees on day-to-day people-related matters.Support employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.Work with managers on team structure, people planning, and employee development.Support performance and talent management processes.Identify employee concerns and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.Provide data and insights to support people-related decisions.Leverage AI tools and technology to improve HR processes, employee experience, talent acquisition, and decision-making.Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across business and/or technology functions across Globe.Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies.Source and screen candidates through multiple channels.Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, offer discussions, and closures.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency across recruitment, employee engagement, and people analytics.Learning & DevelopmentPartner with managers to identify learning and development needs across teams.Support the design and execution of learning programs aligned with business and employee needs.Coordinate training programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives.Track learning effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve programs.Identify opportunities to leverage AI and technology to enhance learning experiences and employee development.
What We’re Looking For5–8 years of experience across HRBP / Talent Acquisition/ Learning & Development roles.Hands-on experience across at least two or more of these areas, with good understanding of the overall employee lifecycle.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience partnering with managers and business leaders.Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.Strong problem-solving and execution skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with maturity.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong analytical and data-driven approach to HR.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Good to HaveExposure to employee engagement, talent management, and performance management.Experience working with distributed or global teams.
