HR Executive – HRSD & OperationsLocation: Yamlur, BangaloreEmployment: Third-Party PayrollExperience: 1–2 YearsPreference: Immediate Joiner
Role OverviewLooking for an HR Executive to manage employee lifecycle activities and HR operations from entry to exit, along with HRMS, documentation, employee queries, and stakeholder coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.Handle HRMS updates and employee data management.Prepare HR letters and employee-related documentation.Manage employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.Coordinate with employees and stakeholders for insurance, benefits, and other HR services.Maintain HR trackers and records.Support other HR operational activities as required.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Shared Services.Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HRMS.Good communication and coordination skills.Good working knowledge of MS Excel.Immediate joiners preferred.
