Job Description

Role Overview

As the HRBP, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and drive HR deliverables for a sales business unit of 700+ employees. You will work closely with regional sales teams to align HR initiatives with sales targets, manage employee relations, and improve retention.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering: Act as the primary HR point of contact for frontline sales executives and people managers to drive workforce productivity and solve daily operational issues. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Work closely with the recruitment team to manage high-volume hiring pipeline for the sales ecosystem and ensure a seamless, legally compliant onboarding experience. Performance Management: Anchor the the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process for frontline sales executives, and coach first-line managers on driving team targets. Retention & Grievance Management: Analyze attrition data, identify flight risks, and implement proactive retention strategies. Handle disciplinary actions and compliance/ethics cases swiftly. Employee Engagement: Design and execute ground-level engagement initiatives to maintain high morale across a large, distributed workforce.

Qualifications

Education: MBA in HR is required. Experience: 2–4 years of core experience. Prior Sales HRBP or Field HR experience is preferred. Industry Background: Experience in a startup, retail, or fast-paced fintech setup is highly preferred. Core Skills: Strong execution skills, capability to handle tough employee conversations, coaching, and data-driven problem-solving.
