* Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning.

* Demonstrate good technical knowldege of Lab products like Titrator/PH Meter/UV specro/Labx sofrware/Anachem applications.

* Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs.

* Take ownership and deliver on the Key peformance indicators for business and operations.

* Responsible for Key accounts management and build customer relationship.

* Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organisation values through on-field services and through communication skills.

* Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organisation plan.

What You Need to Succeed

* BE/B.Tech with min.

* 5-10yrs. Experience in the same field.
