Stripe's Bangalore Finance (BFin) hub is the largest concentration of FinOps and Controllership talent at Stripe and is central to our strategy of scaling financial services 10x without a proportional increase in cost or complexity. BFin houses teams responsible for:

Accounts Payable & Vendor Onboarding end-to-end supplier invoice processing, payments, and vendor lifecycle managementTravel & Expense T&E policy compliance, employee reimbursements, and corporate card managementPayroll accurate, timely compensation for Stripe employees across APAC and EMEAMonetisation Operations operationalising custom pricing and billing for Stripe's largest enterprise usersControllership BLR accounts receivable support, bank account management, and entity-level financial controlsThe RoleAs Head of Finance Operations, Bangalore, you will own the strategic and operational leadership of the entire BFin organisation. You will manage a team of team leads and managerseach running a distinct FinOps pillarand will be the senior operational voice for Stripe's finance hub in India.

This is a builder and operator role. You'll set direction, elevate your managers, improve processes, and build trust with global Finance leadershipall simultaneously.
