Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Growth Partner to join our Growth & Marketing Department. This role involves supporting marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and assisting with lead generation efforts. You will play a crucial role in outbound outreach, collaboration, and event coordination, gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategies within a fast-paced environment.

1. Partnership & OutreachPlanned and executed strategic partnerships to ensure smooth and consistent lead generation.Conduct outbound reach outs to educational institutes and international associations for onboarding.Perform in-depth market research to identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities.Draft and send professional emails to engage and onboard new partners.Maintain effective follow-ups to ensure timely communication and conversion.

2. Marketing & Administrative SupportAssist in organizing and executing webinars, campaigns, and other marketing events.Provide support in daily administrative tasks related to marketing operations.Coordinate with the pre-sales and sales team for post-webinar analysis and follow-ups.

3. Communication & CoordinationCollaborate closely with the marketing and growth teams at all stages of the business funnel.Ensure effective communication with partners and internal teams for smooth execution of initiatives.Maintain records of outreach efforts, responses, and partnership progress.

Requirements & Skills:Strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing and partnership domain.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Passion for marketing and an understanding of industry best practices.Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.Must have a personal laptop for official use.
